Ornish Smoothies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 – 6 Servings – 8oz. Or 51/2 oz
  • 1 Cup Fat Free Flavored or Fruited Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen (without sugar) Berries
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk or Skim Milk
  • 1 Cup of Ice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a blender combine all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately. Mint sprig, maraschino cherry, and/or a piece of the fruit
    Are a wonderful garnish.
  3. Enjoy!
